Scope and goals
A hair and skincare brand founded on the pillars of heritage, nature and science was looking to establish its presence in the US marketplace.
The challenge of this project was how to stand out in a saturated market.
The scope began with thorough research of competitors as well as startups that quickly dominated their industry in order to develop a strategy for marketing, messaging and design. The result was hitting the ground running with developing assets for multiple paid media campaigns as well as an influencer program. This involved developing moodboards for content creation, art directing photoshoots, designing static and video ads across google and social platforms, designing and building email sequences and landing pages tailored to the customer journey, as well as creating pitch decks for the company owner to outline the scope and goals. The result was the highest e-commerce sales and online traffic to date.
While developing marketing assets for the existing product offering, I worked on the conceptualization, design and development of product packaging, unboxing experiences and brochures for an expanding haircare line and developing skincare line according to the existing brand guidelines and the market research leading the brand’s new direction.
